Dear members,

Please be informed that we are organising a Taekwondo Fitness Competition on 28th of March 2009 at SMK Datok Lokman. Starting time will be in the morning 7am.

The purposes of this competition, firstly to improve the fitness of the participants and encourage them to exercise frequently for better health. Besides, to sharpen communication skills of the participants is another crucial thing. Most important is to promote the importance of sportsmanship and team spirit among participants.

For your information, this is a team event which required 2 participants to form a team. Both team mates must be in same gender in order to attain fair competition among all the participants. The fee for this competition is RM4 per team. Other details you need please refer to the link above.
