Proposed Itinerary:
07:00am : Arrival of volunteers
07:15am : Arrival and reporting of participants
07:45am : Briefing by designated spokesman
08:00am : officially starts for women category
08:40am : officially starts for men category
09:45am : Prize presentation to winners
10:00am : End of Event

Registration Fee :
RM4 per team.

Online registration must email to event manager Andy Lim Yong Pin (aeroknight@hotmail.com) with Full name, gender, D.O.B, age & contact number. Registration is based on first come first serve basis, no reservation is allowed.

Payment Method :
Payment can be made every Friday 12.45pm to 2.30pm at gymnasium of SMKDL to Andy Lim.
Your entry will be confirmed only after payment has been made. Kindly make your payment on or before 15th March 2009. Please inform us after you have made the payment.

Menu Proposed :
SECTION A :
First Participant :
- frog jump to opposite end
- push up x 20
- frog jump to opposite end
- sit up x 20
- come to the center
- exchanging punch x 20
- exchanging turning kick x 20
Second Participant :
- frog jump to opposite end
- push up x 20
- frog jump to opposite direction
- sit up x 20
- come to the center
- exchanging punch x 20
- exchanging turning kick x 20

SECTION B : (Start at the same time)
- run to the opposite end
- come to the center
- breaking planks (any kick)

Team who finish the menu with shortest time will be declare as winner.
Note: participants who do not do push up / sit up in correct ways OR without adequate power in punching / kicking will not count.

Attire :
All participants must be full uniformed. Participants without proper attire will be disqualified.

Category :
- Men (Age 24 & below)
- Women (Age 24 & below)

Award Presentation :
- 1st Placing will be awarded gold medals each.
- 2nd Placing will be awarded silver medals each.
- 3rd Placing will be awarded bronze medals each.
- All participants will be awarded certificates of participation.

Waiver Clause :
The participants hereby agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the event, participants are entering the competition at their own risk and shall not hold the organiser responsibility for any accident, injury, death, loss of property however cause before, during and after the event.
